1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the SEO for Concrete Coatings website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

SEO for Concrete Coatings provides specialized digital marketing services for concrete coatings and flooring contractors, including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for concrete coatings contractors
  • Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for AI-driven search visibility
  • Local link building and citation management for concrete contractors
  • Website audits and diagnostic reports
  • Strategy consultations

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Project-based work is billed on a schedule agreed at the time of the engagement.

4. Engagement Terms

Retainer engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contract required. Either party may cancel with 30 days' notice. Work delivered up to the effective cancellation date is billable.

5. Performance and Guarantee

We strive to deliver measurable improvements in lead volume, cost-per-lead, and search visibility. Because SEO and AEO outcomes depend on factors outside any agency's direct control (search engine algorithm changes, competitive dynamics, market conditions), we do not guarantee specific ranking positions or lead volumes. We do guarantee focused execution, transparent reporting, and continuous work toward the campaign's stated goals.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver strong results, we require the client to:

  • Provide timely access to Google Business Profile, website admin, and analytics accounts as needed
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
  • Refrain from making unannounced changes to core SEO assets (website structure, GBP settings) that could disrupt the campaign

7. Limitation of Liability

SEO for Concrete Coatings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

Content delivered under an engagement (custom copy, service pages, technical audits) becomes the property of the client upon payment. Our proprietary frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies remain the property of SEO for Concrete Coatings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in advance.
